Lanzhou Foci pharmaceutical Co.Ltd quality department introduction in brief.
The department includes three parts: quality management quality examination calculation management; There are center analyzing room and calculating room. Now introducing quality examination from below several aspects:
1. Examination organization
    Center analyzing room covers 360 aquare meters. It sets up physicial and chemistrical room. Identifying room, Chinese herbal specimen room analysis instrument room; microorganism room and staying samples room and so on. Which primarily undertake the examination controlling of raw. Assist materials. Packing materials. Semi-processed products and finished products.
2. personnel
   Now there are fifteen full-time inspectors in company; among them fourteen persons have obtained pharmacy or near professional higher school degree and beyond assistant engineer. Five of them have already obtained licented pharmacist and licenced Chinese herbal qualification; all inspectors have accepted professional train and had the job qualification certificate; among them. There are two raw maternal inspectors. One assist material inspector, one packing material inspector, four routine item of produce, Inspectors. two heavy metal and agricultural chemical remains etc item inspectors; Two other content measurement etc item inspectors; Three microorganism inspectors. Three full-time managements of quality (include one sampling person) There are twelve engineers and six assit engineers in company; quality department whose leaders have obtained full-time qulification and had over ten years inspecting and management experiente takes charge in quality examination. 
3. Examining instrument
    Company possesses 28 set(sets) special examining instruments, the main analysis instrument install(日本岛津CS930薄层扫描仪、CS9301薄层扫描仪各1台)which are nsed for analysis measurement of 熊果的 etc composition; a USA sp8810 high effective ligmd chromatograph and a LC-10ATVP high effective liguid chromatograph which are used for analysis measurement of 甘草的 小檗碱 etc composition; F732-V intelligence. 4. Product examination
     All product standards of company are higher than the enterprise inside-controlling quality standards of legal standard. Company also increased main products' examining item of heavy metal. Arsenide etc on the basis of complying with legal standard over ten years ago.
     Quality of export product is continuously improved with export state’s standard. Company constantly increases examining instruments by improving examining condition. Enforcing examining procession. Training business knowledge of inspectors; improving the whole examining level. At present the company has carried out single element’s tiny measurement of Pb、 Cr 、Cu 、As、Hg etc and taken part in liu wei Di Huang wan eight heavy metals limiting and controlling methods and standards establish. With drug biology product examining institute; obtaining certain experience. Company has already carried out the measurement of agricultural chemical remains.
5. Certificate Circumstance
     Company passed GMP certification by Australia TGA orgnization in September 1996. and got the first GMP certification in Northwest. Company also passed GMP certification inspection held by the state drug monitor and control bureau in Novermber 1999 and got the first Chinese medicine profession GMP certification in Northwest.
